Deployment of any system should not be an event that causes you to reconsider your purchase. You just bought a solution, you don't want or need to burn precious resources trying to figure out how to deploy.

eResourcePlanner has taken significant steps to ensure the implementation is simple, swift, and sure with minimal involvement by your IT personnel. As a Software as a Service solution, eResourcePlanner deployment does not require any onsite hardware or software to be sourced, installed, integrated, or maintained greatly reducing the deployment effort. Deployment can occur in as little as 30 days with 4-5 conference calls where we walk you through the data you need to provide for the system to operate at its peak effectiveness. eResourcePlanner personnel build a web site customized to your operation using the data you provide, e.g., personnel lists, holiday schedules, HR policies, etc.

Our 3 day onsite training focuses on administrator training and Train the Trainer for the staff trainers. Training includes an electronic curriculum provided to the staff trainers to use in training their employees.
